STEPHEN P. JOHNSON

Stephen P. Johnson was raised in Boaz, Alabama. Stephen is a graduate of Auburn University and a 1996 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. Stephen was admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama in 1996 and in the State of Mississippi in 1997.

After law school, Stephen was initially employed as a law clerk for the Honorable Rosemary DeJuan Chambers in the Domestic Relations division of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama. Thereafter, Stephen served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Baldwin County District Attorney’s office under John David Whetstone.

Stephen has been in the private practice of law since 1999. Stephen has had an active litigation practice ranging from all aspects of criminal and DUI defense, Estate matters, personal injury, real estate, business dissolution conflict and condominium litigation concerning the Alabama Condominium Act and Interstate Landsales Full Disclosure Act.

Stephen became involved with the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and served on the board and is a past president of the Section. Stephen now focuses his practice primary on family law and has been involved in numerous custody and complex asset litigation matters.

Associate Attorney

Natalie E. Jones was born and raised in Fairhope, AL. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and a 2013 graduate of Syracuse University School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2014, and in the State of Alabama in 2023. She has spent time working with the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office in New York. She also has experience in contract negotiations and compliance from her time working at an IT company based in Nashville. Natalie moved back to Alabama in 2021 and shortly thereafter began working with Attorney Stephen Johnson. Natalie is also a certified Guardian ad Litem in the State of Alabama.
